我很著迷的是單純的奶油海綿蛋糕結合而成帶一點些許檸檬酸甜口味的蛋糕，

如果雞蛋的蛋黃很黃蛋糕的色澤烤起來也會是漂亮的黃橙色。

夏天吃不到的草莓

是冬天的儀式感

一坨鮮奶油一顆草莓

奶油蛋糕從幾年前開始不小心進到我的生活裡面，

我一直很喜歡麵糊攪拌的過程和烘烤出爐的樣子，

那樣一個步驟一個動作的感覺讓人安心

但是他也會隨著這些動作裡的細微變化或者天氣印素而產生意想不到的樣子。

恰恰是生活的模樣，

我希望是黃橙色檸檬奶油蛋糕。

We cant eat strawberries in summer,

Its a winter ritual ,

a fresh cream and strawberry.

Butter cake accidentally entered in my life few years ago,

I have always likes of mixing the batter snd bake them.

That step by step consistent is very reassuring,

but it can also take on unexpected,

Its depend on subtle changes in the process or weather conditions. 

That's exactly what life is like.

I hope it's a yellow-orange lemon butter cake.
